There are 4 ensuite rooms in the main house and a self contained cottage that sleeps 4 people called The Old Smiddy to the rear of the house. The main house has 2 doubles, 1 King and 1 King twin also suitable for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. All rooms are on the first floor of Smiddy House. The Old Smiddy, a self-contained cottage suite at the rear of the house has a king room on the ground floor and a large mezzanine floor with 1 single bed and 1 king bed on the first floor. All rooms are double glazed, individually decorated, have flat screen TV’s, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, Scottish toiletries, hair dryer, luxury linens and towels. Rooms are typical of a highland dwelling. Those looking for a more spacious accommodation, The Old Smiddy would be ideal.
There is also a newly furnished guest lounge with bar service available for you to relax and enjoy.

Double
One front facing and one rear facing: our Double rooms are ideal for one or two nights stays intimate and cosy, tastefully decorated and furnished. The rooms are en-suite with a walk-in shower and have standard 4’6’’ double bed.
Facilities include tea/coffee facilities, free wi-fi, complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels and hair dryer. Please note the double rooms do not have a large amount of floor space.
King bedded room’s
Front facing rooms with one room accommodating an additional bed. (single bed); this room can be used as a twin. These rooms have a 5’ king size bed, en-suite with walk-in shower. These rooms are more spacious, individually and tastefully decorated.
Facilities include tea/coffee facilities, free wi-fi, complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels, hair dryer.
The Old Smiddy
A spacious self-contained cottage suite in the grounds of Smiddy House, perfect for the longer stay and can accommodate up to 4 persons. (Contact us direct for more information). The ground floor offers a spacious lounge with smart TV Netflix, fridge, toaster and kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Dining table and chairs There is king bedded bedroom with 5’ king size bed, wardrobe, hairdryer on the ground floor. Ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower, complementary toiletries and towels. Private gravelled garden. A spiral staircase leads to a open plan mezzanine level with 2 single bed’s and a further king size bed. A complementary breakfast hamper is included. Please note there are no cooking facilities or kitchen sink. Check in 3.30pm-7.00pm check out 10.00am.
